Requirements

  • You should be client, if you aren't client us you can create account here.
  • You should have a PBX hired

Enable integration

  1. Register in Telefácil, or sign up.
  2. Go to Centralita Virtual, or create new PBX.
  3. Go to PBX configuration > CRM > Zoho


activar crm

  • Select Zoho, if it is the first time you should activate the integration clicking in blue button Activar integración.
